Double Acting Cylinder For Dome Valve

Mechsignia double acting cylinder for dome valve is pressure-tight compressed air operated valve for handling abrasive, material & slurry mixture without wear & tear. Simple in design & low maintenance. This valve is used in pneumatic conveying systems in different Industries. It provides positive closure between hoppers and blows tanks. They are capable of cut off moving and satiric columns of powder pastes & up to 40 mm particle size. The Pressure tight closure is provided by either eccentric shape of the dome and with help of an inflatable seal to prevent leakage. They provides the pressure-tight seal against the dome surface when in the closed Position.

Flexible Hose & Fittings

Flexible Hose

Flexible Hose core is generally constructed from stainless steel and formed into annular corrugations. Flexible Hose offered by us has braided surface with lustrous appearance. It is lined with superior quality polyvinyl chloride hence assures compatibility for use with most chemicals. This hose finds application for food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, & cosmetics industries. It is said to have robust structural configuration hence shows compatibility for extremely high pressures and temperatures. Flexible Hose Fittings

We manufacture corrugated Flexible Hose Fittingsby using advanced technology which enables these to meet all requirements and demands such as pressure, temperature, media, flexing requirements and environment. These metal hose assembly are manufactured by longitudinally welding strips to obtain thin wall tubes which are then hydraulically corrugated by means of special tools. Moreover, flexibility and pressure resistance is achieved by a row of annular corrugations each of which is capable of elastic deformation. These flexible hoses are provided with a single or double wire braiding to increase pressure resistance and to provide protection against mechanical damage where necessary. We stress on 100% testing on all hose assemblies to meet quality standards. Some of the procedures we carry out are Burst pressure testing and leak testing procedures to ensure joint integrity of hose-to-end fitting connections.

Half Round Shield For Boiler Tube

Boiler Tubes Erosion Shields, also known as anti-corrosion Shields, anti-wear plate, anti-wear protection Shields, anti-wear cover plate, anti-corrosion cover plate, boiler climbing pipe, anti-wear pressure plate, etc. , which are used in combination with snap rings. Boiler Tubes Erosion Shields are produced using a high-pressure press and professional mold pressing. The production time is short, the welding performance is good, the welding should not fall off, the surface is smooth, and the appearance is beautiful. Boiler Tubes Erosion Shields with bends are formed by pressing on a press or bending with a special abrasive on a tube bender.
