Gearboxes are made in our company with compact sizes and high durability, so they perform at high level and gives high efficiency around 98%. The body of gear box is made out of cast iron material. The torque capacity of Gear Boxes range from 3Nm to 850 Nm. Different types of gear boxes like Helical gear box, Co-axial gearbox and Planetary box are available from our industry. We provide gear box with both foot mounting and flange mounting. The Gear Box are also durable for long run and a wide speed range is available with various gear ratios.
These Gear Box are dimensionally interchangeable with the Gear Boxes of other major manufacturers. These Gear Box are suitable to be coupled with Three Phase or Single Phase Induction Motors of IEC Standard or on PMDC or BLDC Motors.. Our range of Gear Box are suitable for Electric Motors with capacity of 0.37KW to 5.5KW with IEC Frame Sizes 71, 80, 90, 100, 112 & 132. In the miniature version of Gear Boxes, it can be with a PMDC or BLDC MotOr up to 250W. We can offer various gear ratios so that the output speed of Gear Box will be in the range from 25RPM to 400RPM. Gear Box are available in both mounting options, ie. Foot Mounting or Flange mounting.
In the Gear Box all Gears are made in case-hardened steel and the housing is provided in Cast Iron. Sturdy and robust housings give the Gear Box high tolerance to absorb high shock load. We take care of client’s requirements, so we produce Gear Box with high accuracy, low noise and corrosion protective.
